About Bailing Apparel: Our Dongguan Factory
Bailing Apparel is a custom apparel manufacturer with our own factory in Dongguan, China. We work with clothing brands, wholesalers and retailers on OEM/ODM development, private label apparel and custom garment production.
WHO WE ARE
A Clothing Manufacturer in China, Built Around Your Brief
Our work covers activewear, yoga wear, sportswear and casualwear. Some buyers start with a finished design; others bring reference photos or product information. We use that starting point to discuss the garment, fabric, fit and branding details before sampling.
Fabric is an early part of that conversation. Tell us what you want to use, or share your target price and preferred hand feel so we can recommend options. Once sizing is confirmed, we arrange a garment sample and send it with fabric color cards for your review.
We revise the sample in response to your feedback and resample when needed. Bulk production is arranged after you approve the final sample and we receive the bulk order deposit.

If you cannot visit in person, ask about a video walkthrough of the relevant work areas. We can discuss the areas you want to see and confirm a suitable time. This is a direct factory review, not a third-party certification or audit.
HOW WE COLLABORATE
From Initial Brief to Finished Garments
A structured workflow helps everyone stay aligned on the product, order details and next steps.
Understand
Send product photos, sketches or a tech pack, along with quantities, target price and fabric preferences.
Develop
Confirm fabric and sizing. Review the garment sample and fabric color cards, then discuss any revisions or resampling.
Confirm
Approve the final sample and confirm specifications, quantities, pricing and production arrangements.
Produce
After final sample approval and receipt of the bulk order deposit, we arrange production against the confirmed order.
